Kitchen DIY Projects . I’ve got a lot of questions as to where I’m at and why I’m not filming as much and i’m asking for an update about stuff so I’m gonna try and sit down and make a full video I’m not however I decided my first video pack i think i haven’t done the video for like a month now and would just show you some of the stuff that I’ve been doing and for my kitchen so I’m i think i mentioned this a couple weeks ago it was in march i peeing in my kitchen I’m you know with the intention of actually decorating it and you know making everything all nice so my plan was to go room by room in the house as far as decorating goes against otherwise I’d attend to go a little bit overboard so I got the bathroom done.
I had already painted the kitchen so I find him I figured out ok i’ll just start with kitchen so I’ve been doing a lot of stuff as far as the kitchen goes and you know trying to decorate it and danielle has this thing where he wants the house to be me whenever he comes home so I figured well the kitchen will be a good place to start trying to make a homey and cozy and so I’ve just been researching I’ve done a lot of interest and ideas and so I figured I’d show you a couple of the DIY budget-friendly keep in mind because i’m a very frugal person and in making the kitchen and seemed a little bit more decorated I’m really enjoyed this and I haven’t really broken the bank at all with this whole project but there’s still a couple things I need to do outside the kitchen goes and before I actually show you guys but I’m yeah so it’s really exciting for me to actually show this to you and maybe just maybe and i’ll be able to put a video up pretty soon with the kitchen there’s of course stuff that i still need to get and I’m not gonna run out and get those because obviously decorating.
Kitchen DIY Projects
I have a budget for it so I’m i just need to keep on track with that before i go and finish the room completely but i am now i just put up a lot of the artwork and stop on the wall and I’ve really really seeing improvement and like the kitchen doesn’t even look this name something that’s funny about our house is the outside of the house is great and the inside of that house is great i’m telling you like every room is great so that’s why we’ve seen at the kitchen and the bathroom was like a buttery yellow so we’re gonna happen and stayed with that but we decided to paint the kitchen because that was a lot of grace so yeah so i will show you i think im gonna show you three projects that I’ve done and just kind of explain how i did them and the budget part of it and hopefully you guys enjoyed this video thanks for watching ok so this is project number one all I did was get cardboard letters at hobby lobby they were 247 and each and one thing of yarn and I just wrap the yarn around the letters and then you can kind of see on this one I got one of those command strips and I just commanded them up to the wall so i didn’t have to put holes in the wall and I like this because it’s a nice three-dimensional decoration it says eat if you can tell and I just think it’s super cute it’s on kind of the weird side of our kitchen sorry they’re stuck on the counter but I need to take care of and so I think it’s super super cute i love the brown on the green with the gray kind of peeking out over there so it was super super super easy.
I’m total cost was about ten dollars for everything and I just needed a little bit of hot glue just to hold down the strings a little bit but other than that it looks really nice and has a nice texture appeal right here is the second project all I did was gay a what in picture frame a hobby lobby a piece of scrap paper that i already had I’m scrapbooking paper i guess and that little wooden spoon from hobby lobby was ninety-nine cents and already had the ribbon and then I just went into picmonkey and made the little and quote on there it says taste and see that the lord is good and I thought that was super super cute for the kitchen and it was a simple project the brain cost 699 and the wooden spoon cost a dollar so you’re looking at you no less than eight dollars to make this little heart ok so here is the last budget for the project this is my menu board and i will try and link the inspiration of this i found out of piece of paper and decided to make it i’m on a picture frame so all i did was get a leaven by 14 and frame at hobby lobby in the clearance section it was 1088 and then that little scam that it’s standing on was 11 99 and then I basically free-handed all the pots and pans.
And I’m i put those on my card stock and then glued them to a nice like paisley pattern with a lot of like greens and blues in it and some rights and hands and the best part of this is it’s $TIME a.m. it’s on glass so I’m able to dry erase huh and reuse everything and I think it came out super super cute i really like it looks good in my kitchen so there you go here is a sneak peek on my next project so this was a pin spired project and it was super super easy and super super affordable all it is is a cardboard box and I can kind of show you and here you can kind of tell that that’s cardboard in there and it’s a box that came in christmas present that I saved all I did was take some twine that was from hobby lobby and hot glued it all the way around and this is actually going to go on top of my fridge as you can see it’s going to hold extra paper towels the only thing left to do on this project is make the liner and out of a canvas material that i bought that i’m not going to pull out my sewing machine until i’m going to school because otherwise it’ll distract me so I’m this project cost let’s see it I did two rolls of the twine have a couple other boxes that i did so really would’ve only taken one role and I think the role cost 599 and then the fabric was on sale for want to say it was like 699 so you’re looking at twelve bucks
